TESTIMONIALS
Israel Airports Authority
CMX Founder, Mark Bodner joined the Ben Gurion International Airport (BG2000) project management team in 1997 as the Lehrer McGovern Bovis Sr. Vice President of Administration.
A specific challenge at the time, prior to completion of the design and engineering phase of the project, was finalizing the contract legal documentation to accompany the plan’s & specifications for contractor procurement. Mark enhanced the IAA’s ability to produce a coherent set of documents by recommending a separation of the Agreement, Terms & Conditions and the Specifications Division 1, Administrative Requirements, into three separate documents which clarified the purpose and objective of each document.
He took the lead in authoring the administrative requirements which proved to be beneficial during project execution and facilitated contract close out to the benefit of the IAA.
Upon commencement of the construction, Mark was appointed to the position of Program Manager and proved to be instrumental in managing the scope and performance of all contractors engaged, in project execution.
